Learning that Matters

When it comes to setting up learners for success, Upside Down Education works to meet learners at their level. We find the approaches that provide meaning and can build skills and concepts.

Using servant leadership, our teachers challenge learners to go beyond what they think they know or can do, and dig deep to develop new knowledge.

Believing that traditional educational approaches work well for most learners, we also engage in newer approaches where appropriate.

Pathways to Learning

(K-2)

Our youngest students begin their journey in a warm environment focusing on play and picture books to develop early academic skills.

Middle Elementary

3-5

Expanding horizons through encouraging critical thinking, understanding self-strengths and needs, and problem-solving discovery.

Middle Schoolers

6-8

Preparing students for the next step by fostering independence and deepening knowledge in core subjects and believe in self.
